Phase 2

The second phase of the land development project at “Jan Sofat” is also known as Jan Sofat East.
A statue is located on a small square in Phase 2 in honor of Jan Sofat’s first owner (resident) and Governor General of Curaçao (1816-1819), Vice Admiral Albert Kikkert.  Here too all lots have been sold and luxury villas built.
